Cancellation Policy
Our Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please ensure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so will result in a $50 charge. A $50 fee is automatically applied for no-shows. After the second instance of not showing up, a deposit will be required for all future appointments. Additionally, if you have pre-paid packages, a second no-show will result in the loss of a session from your package.
